If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join this lovely team as a Property Support Administrator, based in Birmingham City Centre.

In this great new role, outstanding organisational skills are essential as you will be tasked with providing vital and varied administrative support to the wider team, aiming to always work to the highest standard. With outstanding attention to detail inall that you do, you will be responsible for maintaining the internal database, relaying relevant information across the team and to clients, as well as organising meetings with tenants/surveyors and other external organisations. This is a varied role, whereyou will be working across all areas of the business, assisting Property Managers, Surveyors and the Office Manager with all administrative duties as well as any ad-hoc duties when required.

As a Property Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the company, acting as the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing a warm and welcoming impression both in person and over the phone. Havingthe ability to prioritise and manage your own workload is required for this role as you will be handling high volumes of enquires and confidential information. Your great interpersonal skills will allow for you to easily develop strong working relationshipsacross all departments, with both internal and external contacts as well as with tenants. You will show a willingness to develop and grow and have a positive approach to ensure workplace efficiency.

To hit the ground running in this role, previous administrative experience from within a professional services environment would be ideal, preferably within a high-pressure office environment or within the property sector. Alongside this, strong IT skills,a personable and engaging demeanour and a real roll your sleeves up approach will be crucial.
