Therapy Services Administrator

**Main duties of the job**:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join Therapy Services in the post of Therapy Administrator for a permanent contract.
The department provides administrative assistance to a wide variety of Outpatient Therapy departments (MSK Physiotherapy, Hand Therapy, Pelvic Health, Podiatry, Dietetics, Vascular and Amputees, Neurosciences, Respiratory). The successful applicant will be trained and provide cross cover. The role varies from front line reception service to providing back-office support to the department. This post will involve the successful applicant working with qualified AHP professionals.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to work within our very fast paced service. Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of their organisational skills, be a committed team player with the ability to prioritise their own workload and work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with the role requiring high levels of face-to-face and telephone communication.

- Previous experience working with people within healthcare or customer service role
