**Summary of the role**:
We are looking for a passionate customer service Welcome Host that loves variety in their day-to-day work life. As every day is a different day as you will be a host, entertainer, supporter, and planner whilst still offering a personable service at all times. This role is based on our client’s site which is in the investment industry. We are looking for someone to oversee our client and support our team of 1 DayMakers, understand and carry the energy our “DayMakers” have.

**Who is On Verve?**

We bring a fresh approach to the guest services sector by providing service with enthusiasm through our dedicated team of DayMakers. Our solutions have been designed for both Guests and Employees and incorporate the latest workplace trends. Our core ethos is to be the ‘makers of someone’s day’.

**Main Duties**:

- You’ll be the first point of contact for On Verve’s key client in London
- Having an eye for detail is crucial; ensuring an ultimate guest and employee experience at all times, making a return to the office memorable with the best possible outcome supporting the client to be an employee of choice, and striving for excellence at all times
- You’ll provide precise data and reports on all tasks/ output within the guest services team
- You will action as the synergy between several clients and the bespoke guest service given by the team of DayMakers
- You will be an inspirational leader, demonstrating that you are one of the team and leading by example
- You will be able to present the offering of On Verve and offer creative solutions to improve our service and support up and coming new tenders
- You will be IT savvy and quickly adapt to internal systems
- You will live and breathe our core values and increase performance by supporting our culture, which is one where we promote engagement and support our teams
- You will be inspiring, engage, and lead the teams to achieve the vision, mission, and goals and to bring alive our ethos of being the ‘makers of someone’s day’
- Your input and involvement during immobilisation will be valuable
- You will support and promote our online learning platform “Synergy” to enhance knowledge within the team and contribute with content
- Support with managing suppliers such as stationery, printers etc. Managing copy point areas
- Creating monthly employee experience events on site
- Floor Walk audits. Take ownership of office floors and the surrounding areas to create the best employee experience, report any issues found
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures

- You have supported a team and helped lead clients to excellence
- Worked in an environment where client demands are managed and be able to produce and execute innovative ideas whilst meeting deadlines
- You will have previously been able to make intelligent business decisions based on data and given and be good with numbers
- You can remain motivated at all times and take responsibility for actions, work well under pressure, and be able to negotiate
- You have the proven ability to communicate both written and verbally in a clear and concise way

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
