Head Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team. As the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your attention to detail and excellent leadership skills will ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our UHNW client is looking for an experienced leader to oversee a team of housekeepers in a formal household in Central London. Supporting their wonderful House Manager, you will be responsible managing the staff, ensuring good communication and efficiency amongst the team of housekeepers, training more junior team members and ensuring consistency of standards and high levels of efficiency. Whilst we are looking for extensive experience and someone who knows the housekeeper role inside out, this is a hands-on role and the client is looking for someone who will lead by example.

Duties to include:

- Hands on housekeeping to a high standard
- Managing a team of housekeepers
- Working closely with the House Manager
- Light service duties at mealtimes.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed.
- Proven track record in Head Housekeeping for HNW and UNHW Clients.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Knowledge of fine furnishing
- Positive attitude, and a lead-by-example demeanour
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet is of high importance
- Excellent checkable references
- Yachting background (desirable)
- Full UK Driving license (essential)

Days/hours: 5 days per week 9 hours a day when in residence + paid overtime.

Shifts start earliest 6.30/7am and latest finish around 9.30/10pm

When the clients are not in residence the role will be Monday to Friday (8-4pm)

**Salary**: £55k GPA
