**About the Role**:

- Entering employee amendments including starters, leavers, bank detail changes, personal data, ad hoc payments/deductions, tax record amendments etc. on the payroll system
- Regular data validation to ensure accuracy of records
- Administration of Teachers' Pension Scheme and the local government pension scheme. This includes producing accurate and timely returns each month.
- Assist with outside bodies such as HMRC to ensure compliance at all times

- The ability to communicate confidently and effectively
- Ability to prioritise your own workload
- Advanced Excel skills and statistical analysis
- Good attention to detail, analytical acumen, and business process knowledge
