**Part time Accounts and HR Administrator - £15 per hour based in Addlestone, Surrey**
**This is a temporary to permanent role.**
**22 hours per week - flexible on days.**
- Provide finance and admin support to the HR Manager and the Finance Manager
- Both managers work closely together and will provide support and training in the various tasks delegated
- Finance experience is necessary and the job requires good time management and attention to detail
- The expertise to use Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook is essential
- Finance tasks
- Purchase ledger - raising orders ensuring “best value” is achieved, sending orders to suppliers, checking orders & organising distribution of goods to the relevant departments, processing invoices and organising BACS runs
- Reconciling invoices to monies paid, reporting on balances, and loading monies onto the payment system
- Sales ledger - raising invoices
- HR tasks
- Recording absences
- Producing monthly Data and Metrics
- Filing / Scanning
- Undertaking general office, reception and administrative duties, as required.
