This is an excellent opportunity to join a charity owned care provider in a key phase of transformation and delivery of their Digital agenda, impacting and working across all business processes.

In this role you will lead on the delivery of our client's change management projects, with responsibility for ensuring that the transformation programme is of exceptional quality and results driven. There will also be an overriding emphasis on supportingpeople to adapt to new ways of working ensuring active engagement and support for transformation and improvement projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for end to end transformation change projects and standards
- Undertaking an analysis of customer needs to identify developments, improvements and enhancements
- Financial awareness and costing of transformation projects
- Ensure that different operational activities are in place to support the delivery of the digital agenda
- Provide transformation change reports and information for senior management team
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure organisational buy in

**Requirements**:

- PRINCE2/Progamme Management qualification
- Governance and stakeholder management experience
- Desirable experience in health and social care sector
- Agile project management methodology experience
- Willingness to travel and work across the group of homes from Midlands to the South Coast
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- IT literate - all Office 360
