We are recruiting for an Apprentice to join our team to develop, learn and grow in your role during your apprenticeship with a graduation to a full-time position upon completion of your apprenticeship and to then develop long terms careers with a great potential

Since 2013 Fleet Evolution have developed a fantastic award-winning apprentice program aimed at taking intelligent driven people to develop them into leading lights within our organisation. All but 3 of our team have come via our apprentice program and we have a proven track record in taking on talented people who want to develop a career by giving them an opportunity to join this program and develop them into senior roles within the business.

You will support the operations team, suppliers and customers managing all of the aspects of the vehicles life cycle from the point of delivery, maintenance, breakdowns, insurance, fines, contracts and general enquiries through to collection and disposal of vehicles, your main duties will include:
- Handling incoming Supplier and Driver enquiries
- Handling customer queries
- Coordination of orders and events with suppliers
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reporting exceptions to the management team
- Promoting best practice to our customers and their employees
- To liaise with other business departments and support them

What the role involves:

- To provide efficient and professional customer service to both customers and colleagues
- To be the first response for Driver queries
- Process driver documents
- Keeping relevant systems and spreadsheets up to date

We don’t want you to just give our customers an outstanding first impression, you are the perfect introduction to our long-standing commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

In addition
- Phone cover during core hours
- Setting up records including vehicles and contracts on our business management system
- Arranging the deliveries, collections and movements of vehicles

Joining our Operations team is the ideal opportunity for a hungry individual to train and progress in a fast-growing company where your achievements will only be limited by your drive. After 15-18 months your salary will move to £25,000 with further opportunities to develop in a number of career paths. The lower salary in the apprentice program is to enable you to be fully trained to include external training bodies, developing in areas we agree will benefit you and us.

Must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English, be positive, proactive, hardworking, friendly and open. Please note we are in a remote location with poor public transport links therefore having your own transport is essential.
