A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an engineering company located in Hawarden on a temporary basis - likely to be 2 months.
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Key duties will include:
- Input orders onto an CRM system
- Respond to customer order queries
- Liaise with other departments to ensure progress is being made and customer informed about order progress and deliveries
- Provide regular orders and reports
- General administration
- Covering Reception as required
Experience, skills and attributes:
- Flexible, positive and proactive approach
- MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently on their own initiative
