Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an industry leading manufacturer, in their search for Warehouse Administrator for their busy manufacturing site based in **Deeside Industrial Estate**

**For the successful Warehouse Administrator, our client is offering**:

- £29,022.50 per annum
- 6am - 4pm / 8am - 6pm Rotating Monday - Friday
- Permanent
- Immediate interviews available
- Free parking on site

**The Role - Warehouse Administrator**:

- Responsibility for booking all of our goods received into the warehouse within our agreed service level
- Adhering to the full booking in process and allocating the correct location using our internal booking in system inclusive of correct labelling and signage required.
- Ensuring that inter company stock movements are recorded correctly
- Ownership for the dispatching of all goods to our distributors within our agreed service level
Ensuring systematic dispatches of parts that are picked are within the agreed service level for the Courier services
- Responsibility for maintaining and replenishing the correct stock levels inclusive of storage of our consumable items inclusive of PPE
- To maintain high standards of data accuracy in relation to stock adjustments and stock allocation.
- To take initiative and comfortably respond to any queries, working closely with other members of the team

**What we are looking for in a Warehouse Administrator**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Proven ability to take initiative and comfortably respond to any queries, working closely with other members of the warehouse operation
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy in relation to stock adjustments and stock allocation.
- Goods in experience - Essential
- Ability to priorities workload and multi-task
