**Responsibilities**
- Conduct advanced aesthetic treatments, such as chemical peels, face and body treatments, body sculpting, micro-needling, and laser hair removal.
- Offer personalized consultations to clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing suitable treatment recommendations.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, strictly adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and product developments.
- Educate clients on effective skincare routines and help them select appropriate products.
- Maintain precise client records and treatment plans for follow-up appointments.
- In collaboration with the clinic team, you will ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in aesthetics, with a preference for additional qualifications at Level 4.
- Proficiency in performing chemical peels, face and body treatments, body sculpting, micro-needling, and laser hair removal.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities. We require Native/fluent English-speaking individuals with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner
- The ability to proactively up and cross sell treatments and products through a consultative sales approach as part of the client experience.
- Presentable with a warm and friendly personality
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven experience in the aesthetic industry, ideally 2 years minimum.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Salary circa £13-£14 per hour dependant on experience.
