Working Monday - Friday with the option to have 3 remote working days, you will be supporting the wider Recruitment and HR team.

Initially this position is required until May 2023, with review and potential to be extended.

Day to day duties:

- Coordinating interviews by booking in teams and face to face interviews via an in-house system, teams and outlook
- Ensuring high attention to detail by managing outlook diaries effectively
- Processing and sending out offer paperwork, ensuring high attention to detail
- Pulling a wide range of reports for management using excel, creating pivot tables

Essential:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent excel skills and ability to create pivot tables

- Team player
