Our lovely Client based in Avonmouth is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. Duties will include:
Experience is not essential and training in company products, procedures and systems will be provided.

The role involves
- Taking and managing incoming customer enquiries & problems
- Liaising with our Service Providers to give quick and efficient response to customers
- Arranging exchange & installation of faulty appliances.
- Problem solving
