**Pre-Sales Coordinator**

**Salary**: £19,380 plus OTE c.£3,600

Location: Home-based (remote working) or Office-based (Solihull)

Working hours: 37.5hrs per week between Monday & Friday 9.00am & 6.00pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis (currently 9.00am-3.00pm)

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Answering inbound calls, working in a fast-paced environment
- Show strong sales and negotiation skills
- Continuously striving for first contact resolution and provide amazing outcomes
- Accurately maintaining and updating client records and notes, always adhering to GDPR regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to over-achieve on KPI’s
- Empathy and strong communication skills

**After 6 months and successfully completing probation**:
Our Pre-Sales Coordinators are an integral part of our sales process. Following a 6-month probation period, you will be trained to handle calls for our post sales team as part of your development and to strengthen your skills when supporting the customer’s journey, whether buying or selling. One of your key responsibilities will be supporting customers following the sale of their home, through to completion.

**What do you need to work from home?**
- A broadband connection (10Mbs+)
- A suitable and safe space to work from home
- Don’t worry about IT equipment, we’ll provide this for you
