**What’s this job really about?**
The purpose of this role is to make our clients feel special and build great realationships with them. They come to us because they want to look good and feel good in glasses. And you will be the first smiling face they will see when they walk in or call on the phone. We have a team of amazing opticians that help them choose glasses and your role is make sure all of our clients are being wowed and having an incredible customer experience with us at all times
**It includes**
- Welcoming new clients, getting to know them and their preferences and starting a great, long-term relationship between them and us.
- Getting to know regular clients on a first-name basis, providing personal service, and making them feel special.
- Talking with clients about their interests, eyewear, style, and finding points of connection with everyone as an individual.
- Being a barista (or mixologist) Serving amazing teas, coffees, Pimms, beers, or prosecco to our clients. A good drink is part of the Jones And Co. experience
- Looking after the appearance of the practice retail environment throughout the day and making sure the way the practice looks is a wow for clients.
- Effortlessly managing several clients in the practice at the same time, making sure everyone is being looked after and made to feel special. Being the perfect host
- Running the day like a well-oiled machine. Keeping the appointment book, client arrivals, customer experiences, and team members organised and co-ordinated so every client has a ‘wow’ experience with us.
- Having great initial conversations on the phone with potential new clients and regular clients when they call and booking them in to see us.

Jones And Co. Styling Opticians is a successful boutique practice in Manchester city centre. Because of our growth we are currently looking to add an ambitious, like-minded, front-of-house team member to our current superstar team.
