Finance Administration Assistant

Seel and Co continues to grow and we would like to recruit a highly motivated Finance Administration Assistant to join a busy accounts team managing Residential and Commercial properties, Auctions, estates and block management.
Reporting to the Finance Supervisor the main job responsibilities will be:
- Day to day finance administration
- Maintaining accurate, robust and up to date accounts records.
- Chasing & following up arrears
- Inputting payments receipts and invoices
- Invoice entry and supplier payments
- Taking card payments over the telephone
- Dealing with customer and client enquiries
- Preparing client statements and reports
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, contributing to the work of others in the team and to provide support across the organisation.
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail whilst balancing a varied workload.
- Ability to manage time effectively to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic and professional approach to working with colleagues and clients
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
