**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and scheduling
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the office

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
