**Key Responsibilities**:
**Progression and graduation**:

- To collect and maintain all progression statistics and HE data for quality assurance review procedures (QAA, UKBA) and provide accurate information to partner colleges and company Marketing, Admissions, Finance
- To collect and maintain enquiries from external partners, namely educational agents and consultants on matters relating to higher education progression, services and graduation and support the Head of Student Services in answering enquiries.
- HEPC to develop full knowledge and understanding of university requirements for international students.
- Changes in university requirements for all progression routes to be noted and used when advising students in their university choices; this to include resources used to support all students for all progression routes.
- To provide up-to-date information about institutions and programmes of Further and Higher Education for centre staff and Central Marketing staff.

**Marketing, Promotion and Public Relations**:

- To support other marketing and student recruitment activities in UK and overseas as required.

**Other**:

- To report to Academic and Personal Tutors any issues which require action to effectively support students and work closely with all staff of the centre to ensure that all students have maximum academic and pastoral support
- To provide administrative support to the centre and to carry out other tasks as requested by the Centre Director or leadership team, in line with the company’s aims providing additional assistance to all centre colleagues as may be reasonably required
- To undertake other duties not specifically stated above, which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the business without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved.

**Person Specification**:
**Education**:

- Educated to at least degree level or equivalent (or willing to work towards)
- GCSE English Grade C or above.

**Experience**:

- Experience of working in an educational environment, preferably in an international student context
- Experience of providing advice and guidance in a professional setting
- Some experience in accessing UCAS systems would be desirable.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Fluency in a non-European language desirable
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Work well within a team
