**Job Summary**
This role provides administrative support to project teams and the wider Open Health Group (OH) business.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Taking a full and accurate brief from OH staff members to understand activities and timelines that are required for administrative work
- Undertaking project and business-level filing, file archiving and destruction in line with company policies. Tracking these activities on OH records
- Assisting project teams in administration of electronic file transition from server-based files to SharePoint. Tracking the progress of these activities on OH records
- Setting up, maintaining, and tracking document filing throughout duration of projects, according to the needs of the project and client
- Supporting general office administration duties as required
- Working according to OH Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
- If required: undertaking project file quality control process in line with company guidelines
- If required: working with OH staff to develop and add content to the company internal SharePoint site
**Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Experience in working with SharePoint is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Experience within the medical or pharmaceutical business environment, and collaborating with cross functional teams across different business units, will also be helpful but is not essential
**Travel Requirements**
- Occasional travel to an OH UK office is required for meetings or training. This would usually be Marlow or London
- The role can be home-based, office based or a hybrid working model
