**Job Title**:Service Desk Administrator
**Location**:Oakwood Building, Prestwich, M25 3EQ
**Trust**:Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS FT
**Job Patterns & Shifts**:Full time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours a week (At first, 2 weeks fullyon-site, then 1 day on-site and 4 days remote)
**Pay rate**:£12.86 per hour.
**Responsibilities**:
- Achievement of Service Level Agreement and KPIs
- Responsible for maintaining a customer-focused approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Also tasked with providing remote assistance and facilitating remote deployments.
**Required Experience/Qualification**:
- Proficiency in Active Directory user management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and software.
- Familiarity with desktop and laptop hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Remote assistance/remote Deployment.
