**HR Advisor**

This is an exciting time to be joining the HR team at Ambulnz Community Partners as the business continues to expand and an agile, flexible and fit for purpose HR function is an essential part of this.

This is a hybrid role working at either the following two bases, and at home.

The Ambulance bases addresses are below:
- **Unit 2W, Admiral Business Park, Nelson Way, Nelson Park West, CRAMLINGTON, NE23 1WG**

Or

**Unit 5E Arrow Trading Estate, Corporation Road, Audenshaw, MANCHESTER, M34 5LR**

There is also a requirement to travel to other local sites on occasion.

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week - working times are approximately 9am - 5:30pm daily, however there is some flexibility.
- **What will I be doing?**_

The HR Advisor role will be responsible for supporting with the delivery of all HR functions and activities within the business. There will be a focus on supporting employee relations casework, with assistance of the HR and Recruitment Manager.
- **What experience will I need?**_
- 2 years’ experience at HR Officer/HR Advisor level
- Experience dealing with employee relations casework
- A team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with Senior Stakeholders when required.
- Excellent IT skills including Word and Excel
- Calm under pressure
