LloydsPharmacy Healthcare Services is the market leading pharmacy provider in delivering outpatient dispensing services alongside mental health and prison services.

As a HR and Employee Relations Partner, you will play a key role in delivering the people plan across our organisation, with a specific focus on Employee Relations and general HR activities. You will work closely with the HR team to support the overall HR strategy and help drive and deliver the achievement of our business objectives.

Your role will be pivotal in delivering excellence for our colleagues through a focus on employee relations, attrition and absence. You will coach pharmacy managers and field teams to develop their leadership, supporting them with ER investigations and hearings/outcomes. By monitoring and reporting on ER cases and supporting with MI collation, you will maintain a focus on performance and workforce retention. You will also review and amend policies to ensure we are of best practice and compliant with HR law practices/procedures.

This is a hybrid role, with a few days based at our office in Coventry. Travel to sites may be required as and when needed.

**About You**:
You will be a strong, trustworthy and engaging communicator with both colleagues and stakeholders, alongside having sound knowledge of HR best practice and the confidence to provide support with various HR activities and ER cases. Attention to detail and the ability to proactively prioritise workload to deadlines whilst flexing between priorities, teams and stakeholders is a must.

Ideally CIPD qualified, but this is not an essential.
