**This role is part time working 40 hours per week.**
Welcome to Hill View Care Home in Clydebank where our dedicated and compassionate team provides person-centred care for Residents with a range of different needs. Our charming Home is in the historic town of Clydebank, located on the banks of the River Clyde, an area made famous by the Scottish shipbuilding industry.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer a variety of care on one site through our five purpose-built Houses. Our friendly team, colourful décor, great food and busy activities programme creates a sense of community which gives Hill View its unique character.
Each House has a personality and individuality of its own - but together we are one community. So, whether Residents want to socialise in our communal spaces, watch a film in our cinema room or take part in group sessions in our reminiscence room, there’s always something to join in with.
**As a Colleague Administrator you will**:
- Be responsible for all front
- of
- house duties including welcoming visitors entering and exiting the building.
- Provide clerical support to the Home Manager and when appropriate, other staff members
- Have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload.
- Be responsible for general HR duties.
- Completing and submitting Payroll.
- Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel
