We're looking for an Awards Operations Consultant to join our team in London as part of our Awards function.

Your Role: Your role as Awards Operations Consultant is a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth day-to-day running of the Awards Engagement team. You will be processing and maintaining datasets, refining and implementing processes and working with multiple teams to help the Awards team deliver world class service to Cannes Lions Awards customers.

Key Responsibilities- Maintaining and managing trackers and processes that help the Awards Team excel. It includes processing data and supporting the maintenance of databases.- Point of contact with the development team; identifying and communicating bugs; suggesting improvements for both internal processes and customer experience- Coordinating with finance on customer queries regarding sanctions, invoices and payment issues.- Become an expert on our Awards entry system, website and resources to facilitate improvements- Fully embracing and contributing to the development of the technology (SalesForce, Google Suite, Internal Network) that will set us up for success.- On-site coordination and delivery of Awards activities which supplement the overall customer experience. Delivery of on-site objectives are key to capping off the premium, year-round customer experience.- Potentially the role will include the management of seasonal staff key to ensuring success on site and delivering timely insights across the business- A connector who works hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced

PERFORMANCE MONITORING- Maintaining Festival progress trackers- Conducting basic data analysis and producing regular reports- Maintaining performance dashboards for:
- Lead generation and engagement-
- Account engagement-
- Query handlingYour Experience- Previous proven experience in either business administration or operations (ideally for a sales or account management team)- Experience processing large quantities of data, verifying information and updating document formats.- Able to understand a spreadsheet (Excel/ Google Sheets) and how to manipulate it to find answers to questions quickly including using formulas, pivot tables, V Lookups, Index Search etc.- Highly organised with superior project management capability and strong time management skills- Eagled-eyed, pragmatic and detail oriented- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels- Patient, calm and composed under pressure- Excellent written English free from spelling or grammar errors- Ideal: a thorough understanding of the wider branded communications landscape.
