Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager with a background and contacts within the
bathroom sector

**Sales Manager Responsibilities**

As the Sales Manager some of your duties will include:

- You will manage the sales team, grow sales, and develop key accounts
- You will motivate teams to achieve KPIs and targets
- You will manage portals, systems, and reporting
- You will forecast sales, budget, and form sales plans
- You will lead on proactive sales initiatives and events
- You will work closely on marketing to ensure it is targeted

Our client is a well-established, family business within the luxury bathroom retail sector.

**Sales Manager Experience**

To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and driven individual with exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with major retailers for example, re-negotiating contracts with a commercialawareness and strong understanding of gross profit and marketing costs. You will have a strong understanding of the 'bathroom' market, previous experience within the bathroom sales sector and be able to come up with innovative ideas to drive the online presenceand identify new opportunities for sales. You will be proactive, and eager to grow and develop on a personal level whilst also developing the business you are working with. You will have a good understanding of how to reach the consumer and be able to generateideas including expanding the market share and opening new markets. You will be comfortable being in the field as well as office-based and will have people/ team management experience, empowering, enabling and directing the field sales staff to meet and exceedtargets. You will have strong 'project' market experience and be able to work with Agents and key customers to understand the consumer demographics. You will be able to offer insight and ideas on marketing collateral - print and digital, and enjoy a varied,customer-facing role.

**Location**

Our client is an an Oxfordshire, office-based company, located East of Oxford, who enjoy the staff interaction of all working together on-site (when you are not out in the field). Please ensure you are local to Oxfordshire and able to be in the office ona regular basis although travel throughout UK and Ireland is also required.
