Role - HR Administrator role

Location - Mildenhall, Suffolk

Working hours - Part time hours - 20 - 22 hours per week - To be discussed with the client

Capacity of role - Permanent position

Salary - £11.00 per hour

Our well-respected client is currently recruiting for a Part time HR Administrator to join their busy Human Resources department.

Main duties will include
- Organising and maintaining personnel records

Updating HR database

Preparing and sending out HR Documents

Liaising with recruitment businesses

Monitoring and updating HR documents

Running payroll for business when required - twice a years on average - training will be provided

Booking interviews directly with applicants and via agencies.

Participating HR projects - helping to organising local jobs fairs
- ü Proven working knowledge within a HR based role/ Business development/ Customer based role

ü Excellent organisation and communication skills

ü A friendly and calm persona who can work on a multitude of roles at any one point

ü Flexible to working hours
