This role has been designed to be flexible in nature, so you can work from 25 to 40 hours Monday-Friday and fit working around your personal commitments to suit you and your lifestyle.
**The role**
You'll provide a key administrative function to the business, and will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of purchase invoices, and supporting the accountant with credit control and credit card reconciliation.
You'll also support the Managing Director with preparing monthly KPI reports and entering data into the ERP System.
This is a great role for someone who is looking to work around their lifestyle and personal responsibilities
**Your experience**
- Accurate numerical skills and attention to detail
- Educated to GCSE level or have experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- An enthusiastic and flexible approach to support the business
- Previous accounts assistant experience is strongly desirable
- Previous administrative experience is strongly desirable
