Are you an experienced administrator with a passion to facilitate equality, diversity and inclusion for neurodiverse workers? Birkbeck, University of London, is looking for a Research Centre Coordinator to join the Centre for Neurodiversity at Work’ this Summer.

You will work one day a week, initially for a period of 12 months, working closely with the Centre Co-Directors. You will ensure efficient flow of information between Directors and Birkbeck stakeholders to maintain progress with ongoing projects.

As Research Centre Coordinator, you will be involved in:

- establishing communication and project management systems,
- following and advising on guidelines and financial regulations to ensure timely provision of resources,
- assisting the Centre Directors with the evaluation of events and outputs by collating and analysing evidence, and communicating emerging themes to support decision-making.

As Research Centre Coordinator, you will need to have:

- excellent administrative and IT skills, including MS Office,
- a proactive mindset which is resilient to challenges and setbacks,
- qualified to degree level or similar qualification/experience.

The Centre for Neurodiversity at Work undertakes cutting edge research to enhance and support ethical, impactful organisational practice. We do this through fostering collaborations between scientific research and psychologists in practice, influenced by the priorities of neurominority employees.

**Remuneration**

£7,429 rising to £8,473 per annum (actual) - 0.2 or 20% FTE (£37,143 - £42,365 pro-rata, FTE). Grade 6 of the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
