**Principal Purpose of Position**:

- Assist with the development of choice lists for client’s company car policies
- Administration of the vehicle ordering process from initial confirmation, through to vehicle delivery and order close down, providing regular customer updates throughout the process
- Provision of Finance Lease quotations
- Provision of technical support to the Fleet Team and supporting with the maintenance of driver data in relevant databases, as required through the renewals tasks
- Assist with the generation and analysis of reports, in respect of client needs and expectations, identifying trends, making appropriate recommendations and supporting service enhancement projects
- Support for the Sales & Marketing team regarding bid proposal and literature content, as required
- General administration duties to include responding to all allocated customer enquiries, resolving where possible or escalating
- Ad hoc tasks as required by the business
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Education and/or Training**:

- A good general level of education is required
- The ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel to an Intermediate / Advanced level is required with the ability to use functions such as Lookups, Pivot Tables and “If” statements
- The ability to manipulate complex numerical data

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Experience of fleet requirements through dealership, fleet management or similar would be advantageous
- Experience of developing, or assisting with preparation of vehicle choice lists, car / van policy, or leasing would be advantageous
- Experience of working within a quality, process driven environment with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail is

essential

**Planning/Organising/Managerial Knowledge**:

- An effective problem solver who is comfortable taking ownership and seeing tasks through to successful completion
- Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and proven experience of working to tight deadlines

- Ability to build & develop relationships with clients, ensuring the provision of an efficient and excellent customer service experience
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
