**BRAND AMBASSADOR JOB DESCRIPTION - PART TIME**

Balco Global is an exciting start up business with global ambitions. We design and manufacture market leading patient safety products for hospital and mental health units. Our vision is to be the global leader in keeping patients safe at their most vulnerable times.

**Responsibilities**
- Increasing Balco brand awareness and market share both in the UK and globally - leading and influencing the perception of Balco as being the market leader in all its target markets.
- Working with the Executive team to set the marketing strategy for the company, analysing the type of customers that Balco wants and how to attract them.
- Implementing and executing marketing strategy
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing strategies, tracking effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting as needed
- Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
- Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities
- Generate new business leads to pass to the Sales team.
- Managing the design and production of promotional materials such as website, brochures and case studies.
- Understanding customer behaviour and informing Balco how to improve the customer experience.
- Organising Balco’s attendance at promotional events such as trade shows or conferences.
- Research and analyse new opportunities for the business to succeed in the marketplace and market trends, as well as keeping an eye on the competition.
- Find new ways of generating revenues and customers with fast-moving pace of technology, as well as optimising and modernising traditional marketing methods.
- Website and Social Media Management.
- Copywriting and content Management - producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
- Data Analytics.
- Understanding of Google AdWords, SEO, CRM Systems and Google Analytics and how to optimise the use of them.
- Maintaining consistent branding across the whole of the customer journey.

- Demonstrable relevant experience in an SME.
- Be able to fit into a small team where multitasking is normal.

This is an office-based job at our offices in Chippenham. There will be occasional visits to clients as and when required or to attend trade shows. Our standard office hours are 8am to 4:30pm with half an hour for lunch.

Bonus Scheme in place for all employees.

This is a part time role - 16 hours per week - days and times by negotiation.

Salary Range £28K - £35K, depending on experience, this is the rate for full time work -pro rata for part time work.
