**Work in an Integrated Service alongside Health**

A Local Authority based in the Greater Manchester region is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join their Integrated Services, which provides care to Adults in the region

**Highlights**:

- Will be working within **an integrated services** with colleague from the health services to provide a more **holistic package of care**:

- The service is operated and **managed by the Local Authority**:

- As you will be working closely within health you will get **access to broader training**including those that are generally reserved for clinical staff increasing your employability
- The service uses a **strength based approach** so has an effective system to share information between services making it **easier for you to create and develop care plans**:

- The service has **Business Support**who are there to help support you with administrative tasks such as organising appointments and settling paperwork keeping you free to practice Social Work
- You will have the opportunity to **work from home**:

- The service benefits from a **very stable management team** who are on hand to help provide regular support with your caseload
- **The service is very well resourced** so you will have **access to a range of services** to help you support service users
- **Pay rates for this post is between £27/Hr - £32/Hr**

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an integrated service which combines Social Work and NHS to provide a strength based approach to help support service users with a holistic package of care. The service benefits from having a team which consistsof Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Nurses as well as other specialists. The team helps support service users in the community and hospitals in the region to promote Independence as well as quality of life amongst services users.

You will be joining an established team which has a long standing management that have been employed for more than a few years. The service has excellent management oversight so that you can practice confidently and safely - you will also be supported whilston assignment as you will have regular supervision with your manager as well as having the opportunity to access and attend training which is usually reserved for clinical staff.

To be considered for this post you should have worked as a Social Worker within an adults service. You also need to be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
