Trevi has grown significantly over the last five years as we have expanded to meet the increasing need of women and their families.

We are looking for an experienced admissions lead to manage our referrals team. This is a new role, intended to contribute to effective team working and communication between the referrals team and external referring partners.

The Admissions Team Lead will work closely with the other Team Leads and the Registered Managers to provide a whole service ethos and approach.

We are looking for motivated women who are committed to working from a trauma informed perspective.

**JOB PROFILE**
- Oversee the smooth running of the Trevi admissions team, ensuring that women and their families are assessed and admitted in accordance with Trevi policies and procedures.
- Manage and develop the Trevi admissions team (currently comprised of two staff members), including delivering monthly supervisions, performance reviews and managing sickness / annual leave.
- Oversee and monitor referral process for potential residents for the three Trevi residential services.
- Monitor and review placement contracts, ensuring all paperwork is completed before resident / family placement commences.
- Set and monitor performance objectives against key targets; these will include maintaining optimal occupancy levels and timeframes to admission.
- Develop and implement a strategy to promote Trevi with referrers / commissioners and other key stakeholders.
- Develop a calendar of external visits / engagement and marketing opportunities to ensure that key stakeholders know about any changes / developments within Trevi. This may involve some travel within the UK
- Working alongside the marketing department to support Trevi to build relationships with new and existing referrers.
- Work with registered / site managers to maintain positive relationships with existing referrers.
- Work closely with the managers and team leads from all residential services to ensure effective team working.
- Contribute to the service improvement plan/ CQC and Ofsted compliance, and impact quality assurance within all services.
- Actively collect evaluation and feedback documents from stakeholders to improve and develop the service.
- Ensuring occupancy levels are maintained at all properties.
- Ensure that the admissions team provide support and engage clients throughout the referral process.
- Support and oversee completion of risk assessment process.
- Chair weekly occupancy panel and monitor actions.
- To participate in the On-Call rota, including scheduled weekends
- Work within the organisations’ policies and procedures and actively promote the equality, diversity and the rights of the people we support.
- To model trauma informed practice with a person-centred approach.
- To model and maintain the high standards across the Trevi organisation.
- Ensure Safeguarding Policies are adhered to by staff and beneficiaries.
