We are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a long standing client of ours whom have asked for our support to find their next People Leader/Head of HR.

Our client has experienced exponential growth and their business has developed into a market leader. They pride themselves in their commitment to sustainability and ability to deliver an efficient service with excellent results.

This role will sit within the SLT team and be instructed to implement people strategies that align with growth plans and current business strategies. A commercial focus is therefore an essential requirement for this role.

You will be responsible for a team of five HR professionals, the team are committed to the business and have a wealth of knowledge to share with the successful applicant. Harnessing their capability and ensuring an efficient and smooth running people directive will be paramount to the success of the role.

This role requires someone who has worked in a family run or owner owned business, to understand the nuances of being part of a fast growing SME. Ideally you will posses a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. This individual will expected to understand legislative changes and employment law and be able to advice, action and challenge where necessary on all matters pertaining to employee contracts, rights and complex ER cases.

This is an exciting opportunity for an eager HR Leader to pave their way in a fast moving, progressive organisation, experience in a HR leadership role is an essential requirement for this role.

Given the nature of the role office presence is necessary throughout the week, but hybrid will be available once the role is established.

**Salary**: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
