This growing SME business is now in an exciting stage of development. Reporting to and working with the HR Manager this role would play a pivotal part in the day-to-day running of the HR department and being involved in multiple projects alongside supporting senior management.

**What will the HR Coordinator role involve?**
- First point of contact for HR queries, and manage the HR inbox;
- Onboarding new employees; offer letters, inductions;
- HR Admin; change of role letters, benefits admin, process leavers.
- Ideally Level 3 CIPD;
- Organised and self-motivated individual with good communication skills.
