**The role of a Collections and Customer Support agent.**

The Collections and Customer Support team adds immense value to our business and our customers by giving support and practical guidance to those customers who are failing to maintain the repayments on their loan.

To be successful it is important to build a rapport with the customers you are working with, whilst explaining the actions they must take to keep up with their agreement with us. You will need to be professional, well organised, calm under pressure and committed to helping customers manage their finances. You will need to gain an understanding of which customers are genuinely struggling to make their repayments and those who are unwilling to do so. You’ll need to negotiate and plan an effective programme of repayment that meets the need of the customer and the business. You will do this in a manner that adheres to all applicable laws and regulations that Norwich Trust is governed by.

**Working hours**

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week between 8am and 8pm including one Saturday a month.

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
