**Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we are looking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational leader for the role of Assistant Director: Education Services.**

**The start date will be from January 2024 (later if necessary) depending on the start date there will be a handover period.**

**About this Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic leader with a proven track record.

Working in partnership with the Director: Education, the newly appointed Assistant Director: Education services will be expected to provide outstanding leadership of the education services, particularly focusing on our college provision.

As Assistant Director: Education Services you will be responsible for setting and ensuring high aspirations and maintaining the highest standards of provision. You will work closely with the Head of College to ensure a comprehensive development strategy that will provide staff with direction and strategies that will move the provision forwards.

Supported by the Director: Education, College Governing Board and the Board of Trustees, you will provide strong leadership to the Head of College and other Heads of Service within our education provisions to ensure delivery of outstanding education.

**Salary**: Scale L8 £56,082 - L16 £68,400
