Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Services Assistant (LSA) to join a vibrant post-16 education setting in Bolton. As an LSA, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with varying abilities, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and specific learning difficulties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with ASD, ensuring their individual needs are met in an educational environment.
- Assist students with specific learning difficulties, impairment, and physical health needs to overcome challenges and promote their academic progress.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other professionals to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations for students.
- Assist students in navigating the college
- Provide personal care where needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience providing support in an educational setting is essential.
- Must be willing to provide personal care
- Familiarity with the challenges and best practices associated with supporting learners with specific learning difficulties, impairment, and physical health needs.
- Ability to adapt and respond to the individual requirements of students, while working collaboratively as part of a team.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity, equality, and diversity within an educational setting.
