SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for one of their clients based in Nottingham city centre on a permanent basis.
The client are rapidly growing and experiencing successful, continued growth across all areas within the business. This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, someone who has really understands the importance ofHR and someone with a strong attention to detail.
Day to day duties will include:

- Managing the new starters and leavers process ensuring all paperwork, files and on boarding is completed to a high standard
- Liaising closely with Finance and Payroll to ensure all employee terms & conditions are managed and recorded accordingly
- Liaise and support the People Support Team with engagement activities such as inductions and on boarding
- Be proactive and consistent with all HR administrations tasks including filing, update of HR records, business reports and our HR & Payroll system
- Produce all employee correspondence and keep accurate confidential HR records
- All administration relating to our learning programmes including Academy, Management Insights
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a true passion for HR
CIPD Level 3 is ideal to be successful for this role, however if you do have previous HR experience this would also work in your favour

**Salary**: £23,000 - £25,000
Working Hours: 8.00 am - 4.00pm or 9.00 am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
