We are currently recruiting for a talented Customer Services and Admin Assistant to join our team at our New Biggleswade depot.

**The role**:
1 To reconcile all departmental payroll sheets ensuring all information is accurate and timely, to forward to central payroll services

2 To process and file invoices from receipt to payment ensuring that payments are processed within the correct financial period and processing any inter-departmental cross charges

3 To place orders and coordinate delivery of any stationary or ad hoc orders

4 To process staff sales and taking relevant payments

5 To receive all depot credits, conduct a thorough review/audit of each credit and upload for confirmation

6 To reconcile all cash payments received, chase any outstanding customer payments and complete general banking such as cashing up at the end of each day and collections twice per week. Further responsibilities regarding cash include managing age debt, petty cash and providing rationale for any cash missing

7 To complete and carry out end of financial period process such as overtime accruals, petty cash, inter depot charges, samples

8 To be the first port of call for internal and external visitors on reception, directing queries to relevant department and managing the car park

10 To provide any other reasonable task or duty required by the business

This is a key role to the sites success and customer retention focusing on providing effective, timely and high quality services to all our customers.
- You will ensure good communication with all departments and take ownership of all aspects of inbound and outbound customer contacts including query resolution and managing service issues.

Success in this role will utilise all your influence and impact with colleagues’ right across the depot, to ensure a shared commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,238.50 per year
