**We have one role available and it can be based at Sheffield or Nottingham, there will be travel to the other site from time to time.**

**As a delivery coordinator, a typical day might include**:

- Leading the coordination of all hub activities for all programmes, ensuring we maximise space, engagement and attendance through timely planning.
- Working with the team to identify requirements, scheduling all activities, including advertising, time scheduling, room bookings, staffing and communications internal and external, discussing gaps and finding solutions
- ensuring monthly targets are met. This is both planned and responsive to need - ensuring we are flexible in our approach to achieve results.
- Ensure our hubs are a thriving space for learning, wellbeing, and progression through timely planning and advertising of what’s on.
- Be the first point of contact for all planning and quality process queries, delivering excellent customer service to colleagues and customers.
- The end-to-end coordination of planning tasks, including calendar coordination, administration of core systems, and booking of external suppliers and contractors - maintaining focus on planning ahead, ensuring targets and deadlines met.
- Creating initial marketing materials to promote our programmes, courses and activities, including use of hub based social channels and brand based promotion and delivering messages directly to all customers through online platforms, liaising with the group marketing team when more support required.
- Owning the core systems day to day, ensuring they are up to date, we’re maximising use of it, and data input is compliant.
- Leading the day-to-day oversight of bookings, attendance, queries and expressions of interest and data entry, including supporting the site services team as required, coordinating team wide check ins to identify risks, working with the team to find solutions and escalating as required.
- Supporting with calls, check-ins and follow-ups to maximise outcomes.
- General administration duties as required, including leading on all financial administration of the hubs to ensure timely and compliant purchasing and income evidence.
- Working as part of the wider engagement team to ensure cover at events, all hubs and activities as required.

**The must haves**:

- General awareness of health and safety and building management
- Are comfortable with, and can engage with people both 1-2-1 and in groups
- Strong IT skills, across multiple platforms, with an indepth knowledge of Office tools, with an eye for detail that’s second to none
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service experience and skills
- Ability to work as a team, under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of organizing events and knowledge of the basics of sales and marketing techniques, or willingness to learn
- A good understanding of the barriers faced by people, and the solutions that may be able to benefit them
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, whether in the same team or external support providers
