**About the Role**:
The Attraction Specialist will support the Head of Talent Acquisition and Attraction in delivering our end-to-end recruitment strategy by attracting and recruiting a diverse workforce at optimum cost and timescale. This role will be integral in improving and sustaining our brand visibility, showcasing our employee value proposition, and promoting the Society as an employer of choice with a key focus on implementing and measuring the effectiveness of digital attraction strategies.

With an analytical and commercial approach, this role will execute our paid advertising strategies, whilst proposing and negotiating new initiatives to achieve our overall recruitment objectives.

Partnering with Heads of HR to understand future resourcing requirements; and, providing consultancy and insights regarding external market conditions, to determine the most value adding and effective recruitment solutions.
- Managing day to day paid campaigns across our online channels; of PPC, Social, Display and Video to achieve the Society’s recruitment demand and growth objectives, whilst increasing exposure to the brands.
- Recommending and implementing enhancements to Midcounties’ attraction strategies. Developing community and digital attraction plans that utilises social networks to recruit a diverse workforce that mirrors the communities that the Society serves and improves the direct hire ratio and targets the right quality and quantity of colleagues to provide a great service to our members and customers. Reviewing the effectiveness of current attraction strategies, conducting analysis and monitor effectiveness of attraction performance, utilising market data to convert into attraction plans
- Working with the society, colleagues, and the wider HR Team to showcase our compelling EVP for the Society and our various trading groups.
- Leading and delivering campaigns, advertising, and attraction methods to achieve SLA’s and KPI’s across our social platforms and careers site

**About You**:

- Experience in a similar role or graduate qualifications
- Experience of using tools like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience in optimising campaigns
- Strong commercial knowledge with a passion for analysis and data
