**Equans is looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to join our team in Volvo Group, Warwick, CV34 5YA on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £27,300 and benefits package.**

**Shift Pattern**:8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday

**What will you deliver?**:

- Act as ‘hands on’ lead and front-line supervisor for the team of cleaners to deliver a quality service.
- Undertake all aspects of general daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping and toilet/washroom, and all other facilities in-line with the Cleaning Spec/Schedule.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials as required in accordance with Health and Safety requirements. Assist FM with stock control, cleaning schedules, cleaning equipment checks, reactive planning pending on usage of multiple areas.
- To manage the work of the group of cleaners which will include instructing and supervising from Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00, 40 hours per week.
- To undertake, as part of the team, the set up and cleaning of designated areas to ensure that they are kept in a safe, clean and hygienic condition.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Experience in communicating or receiving work instructions over radios and mobile phones.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with work colleagues, event managers and members of the public.
- BICS training an advantage but training given.
