Interaction Recruitment are looking for somebody to work as a Contract Support on behalf of our expanding client in Peterborough
Working hours are Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 17:00pm
**Salary**: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
**Responsibilities**:
- Filling, copying, printing and scanning alongside other admin duties.
- Call handling duties.
- Communicate effectively with Managers and Engineers.
- Liaising and communicating with clients
- Assisting with any queries.
- Uploading quotations.
- Organisation routine visits for direct labour and sub - contractors.
- Organise data for monthly reports.
- Attend contract meetings.
- Issuing any relevant documentation required by clients (hard copy and electronic).
- Assisting with contract renewals.
- Updating reports and contract files.
- Work collaboratively as part of the contract team.
- Experience working in a facilities based role (desirable)
- Good numeracy skills.
- Be able to priorities tasks.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally).
- Adaptable and flexible.
- Self
- Motivated.
- Professional when speaking on the phone.
- Be adaptable to working in a close environment.
- Concentration and attention to detail.
- Be able to think quickly and adapt to any situation.
