An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Haematology outpatient team as a band 4 Reception Supervisor.

We are seeking a polite, professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our busy Clinical Haematology Service at Hammersmith Hospital.

The post holder will provide administrative and reception duties for the Clinical Haematology service, making regular contact with patients, relatives and clinical staff. As well as providing line management for OPD reception team and supporting with staff management and development. Responsible for monitoring and ensure smooth running of the international renown and centre of excellence Haematology out patient service.

The post holder should demonstrate excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, be confident in working in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive approach to patient care and experience
- To supervise the Outpatient administrative team.
- To be the contact point for all administrative queries relating to the day to day running of the administration areas within the Haematology outpatient directorate
- Supervises administrative processes of the Outpatient services
- Supervises the planning and prioritization of outpatient administrative tasks
- Supervises team members and tasks in reception and & administrative functions in a range of outpatient settings as required
