**Looking for the right person to help in various areas including helping run from the UK our rental properties in Portugal & Florida including a small Hotel in Portugal & other general PA duties.**

I need someone that’s easy going and has a good sense of humour and would enjoy a varied job

**Duties**:
Dealing with group bookings,

Updating website, and adverts,

Booking flights,

Be available to travel to Portugal if needed

Checking invoices, Bookkeeping, checking, and overseeing works,

General ad-hoc office duties,

Driving,

**desired skills and experience**:
Articulate with a professional but friendly manner both on the telephone and face to face.

Good level of computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work to strict deadlines. By themselves or part as a team.

Capable of working in a fast paced and sometimes pressured setting.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Experience in Bookkeeping an advantage

General ad-hoc office duties

Clean UK driving licence and own car.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
