Caretaker

Caretaker
Grade 4.9-4.12 (£19,268.47 - £20,343.81 actual salary)
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6am to 2pm approximately - hours to be discussed at interview)
40 weeks per year (term time + 2 weeks)

Duties will include:
Locking and unlocking of the school site, at times this may be outside normal working hours.
Security and safety checks of the premises.
Movement of furniture and preparation of rooms.
Upkeep and general maintenance of the school site, including basic repairs (would suit ex-tradesperson).
Liaising with external workmen/women when required.
