**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Graduate to join our team as an AI Recruiter. As an AI Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the recruitment process by leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven strategies to source, screen, and select top talent efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) for Resume Screening: Develop and implement NLP models to analyze and evaluate resumes, identifying relevant skills, experiences, and qualifications matching job requirements.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and recruitment technologies, continuously refining and enhancing AI-driven recruitment strategies and processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience in developing AI models and algorithms.
