We are on the search for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our operations team. The role predominantly handles all post-booking matters and will liaise directly with clients, suppliers and the sales team. The operations team plays a vital part in the administration and smooth running of the business. The core focus of the team is to deal with all post-booking administration and queries, to ensure accuracy of bookings and provide our clients with a high level of customer service throughout their booking process. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be highly organised and self-motivated.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Creating client itineraries
- Checking that supplier invoices match booking details
- Processing invoices from suppliers within required timeframe
- Dealing with changes to bookings and updating all systems
- Booking of client flights and post-booking revisions
- Ensuring all documentation is created and delivered with a high level of accuracy and on time
- Prioritising workload on a daily basis to ensure deadlines are met
- Closely liaising with the Destination Specialist to ensure the relationship built between them and the client is maintained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
