Salary - From circa £21,000pa depending on experience
We have a great opportunity in our Commercial Property team for someone wanting to develop their career as a Secretary.
Excellent IT, communication and organisation skills and the ability to work effectively with our digital dictation / audio typing systems are essential. High levels of accuracy and a good eye for detail coupled with professionalism, confidentiality and integrity are also required. You must be comfortable and confident dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone, be able to turn enquiries into paid work through excellent response times and high levels of customer care and be able to work to deadlines in a fast paced and busy environment.

**ROLE SPECIFICATION**
Previous experience of administrative or secretarial work (desirable)
Experience of working on a range of computer software packages
Experience of handling confidential information appropriately
Experience of providing high levels of customer care face to face and over the telephone
Experience of audio and copy typing (desirable)
Experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment
**Skills and Abilities**
Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new software packages
Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to handle interruptions professionally and maintain concentration
Ability to help to turn enquiries into paid for work through excellent response times, high levels of customer care etc
Ability to manage own workload, work to deadlines and prioritise accordingly
Ability to understand and work effectively with a diverse customer base

Understanding of Anti Money Laundering responsibilities and GDPR requirements
