**Job description**
- Follow up with the sales leads regularly
- Attend viewings with clients
- Produce sales proposal for our clients
- Price negotiation
- Assist the clients throughout the whole sales progression process

**Required skills and experiences**
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
- Experience in property sales and progression is preferred
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and great problem-solving skills

Max Alliance Property is a leading UK property agency based in Mayfair, London. We offer independent advice and guidance on UK property market and our primary focus is on London new build properties. With our extensive network and specialist local knowledge, MAP is well placed to assist you with your property search for both owner-occupy and buy-to-let purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: £20,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
